Kaeros ("Kaeros," "we," "our," or "us") provides a service that helps users create, improve, and review CVs and related career documents. By using Kaeros, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who these Terms apply to

  • •These Terms apply to anyone who visits our platform, creates an account, submits information, or purchases a Kaeros service.
  • •You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your country.
  • •If you use Kaeros on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

2. What Kaeros does

  • •Kaeros offers CV and career-document services, including CV writing, editing, review, formatting, and quality checks.
  • •Our service combines structured workflows, human writers, and quality-assurance reviewers to prepare your final deliverable.
  • •Kaeros does not act as a recruiter, employer, legal adviser, immigration adviser, or guaranteed placement service.

3. Your account and information

  • •You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using Kaeros.
  • •You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens through your account.
  • •You must promptly update your details if your contact information or submitted career information changes in a way that affects your order.

4. Your content and permissions

  • •You keep ownership of the text, files, and information you upload or submit to Kaeros.
  • •You give Kaeros permission to use, store, format, edit, and reorganize your submitted content as needed to provide the service you requested.
  • •You promise that you have the right to share the information you submit and that it does not knowingly violate another person's rights, confidentiality obligations, or the law.
  • •You are responsible for checking the final CV and confirming that all dates, job titles, achievements, education, certifications, and other facts are true and accurate before you use it.

5. Orders, payment, and delivery

  • •Prices, turnaround times, and deliverables are shown at checkout or in the app.
  • •Payment is due when you place your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • •Delivery times are estimates and may depend on how quickly you provide complete information or respond to questions.
  • •We may pause work if we need clarification, missing materials, or confirmation from you.

6. Revisions, cancellations, and refunds

  • •If your order includes revisions, you may request them within the time period stated in the service description.
  • •Revision requests must stay reasonably within the original brief. Major rewrites or new target roles may require a new order or extra fee.
  • •You may cancel before work starts. Once work has started, fees may become partly or fully non-refundable unless local law requires otherwise.
  • •If Kaeros cannot deliver the service you paid for, we may offer a partial refund, full refund, service credit, or a revised delivery plan.

7. Acceptable use

  • •You may not use Kaeros to create false qualifications, fake employment history, misleading references, or other deceptive materials.
  • •You may not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
  • •We may suspend or refuse service if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or the law.

8. No guarantee of interviews or employment

  • •Kaeros aims to improve the clarity, quality, and presentation of your career documents, but we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific career outcomes.
  • •Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control, including your background, the job market, employer preferences, and competition.

9. Intellectual property

  • •Kaeros owns the Kaeros brand, platform, templates, workflow materials, and other content we create, except for content you own.
  • •After full payment, you may use the final CV we deliver for your personal or professional use.
  • •You may not resell or distribute our templates, processes, or branded materials without our written permission.

10. Privacy and data handling

  • •We process personal data only as needed to operate, improve, support, and deliver the service.
  • •Because CVs may contain personal information, you should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information unless required.
  • •You are responsible for ensuring any personal data you provide about other people is shared lawfully.

11. Service availability and changes

  • •We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kaeros from time to time.
  • •We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Liability limits

  • •To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaeros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • •Kaeros' total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
  • •Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing law and contact

  • •These Terms are governed by applicable law unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
  • •Questions, complaints, or legal notices can be submitted through the Disputes section in your account settings.
