Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Greek Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994, specifically Article 3ιβ), consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, because our product is a highly personalised writing service tailored strictly to your individual instructions and specifications, a legal exception applies. The aforementioned EU and Greek regulations explicitly stipulate that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods, digital content, or services that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Therefore, by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that once the performance of the service (the writing process) has started, you lose your right of withdrawal and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
How to Cancel Before the Work Starts
We understand that plans change or mistakes happen during the ordering process. You are fully entitled to cancel your order and request a full refund provided that our team has not yet begun working on your request. To exercise this cancellation right before the writing process starts, you can do so via either of the following methods:
Directly on the platform: Click the cancellation and refund button located at the bottom of your specific request page.
Via email: Send a clear, written request to our support team at admin@kaeros.app stating your intention to cancel the specific order.
Please note that once the bespoke writing service has commenced, the cancellation button will no longer be available, and email refund requests for that order will not be accepted under this policy.
